2007 Hall of Fame Honoree Jim Remington with his friend from school days - Harry Nairn.

Jim's sister, Alice Remington Galloway '44 Jan. (who lives in Marion, Ohio) with classmate Jo Friebis Hatten '44 Jan. Jo came to the event to meet her buddy from the 2nd grade at John Burroughs, Ted Manson, who lives in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Jo knew Jim Remington was also being honored that evening and hoped Alice would be there. While they were both at one of their class reunions, the two didn't believe they had talked since graduating sixty-three years ago! By the way, confirming the tradition that all Homecoming Queens remain beautiful throughout their life, Jo Friebis was the 1943 Homecoming Queen!
