On April 24-26, the West High School Performing Arts Department and Thespian Troupe 3750 presented the musical Grease. The play was directed by Scott Wilson and choreographed by Kristin Gloege and Naomi Harmon.
Danny Zuko was played by Josh Horn and Sandy was played by Cheyenne Shaw.

The West High STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Club participated in a robotics exhibition on May 8 at the Hyatt Regency with other Columbus City schools.
West entered two teams who were both very successful in modifying their designs to consistently complete the course.
The robots were designed out of Lego Mindstorms Educational Kits.
